Welcome Erin!

We recently welcomed a new consultant, Erin Hughes, to our amazing team!

To celebrate and to get to know her, we went out for breakfast in Bristol.


About Erin:

I am a super chatty and outgoing individual with a mindset to succeed. I studied both Health and Social and Childhood and Youth Studies after leaving school and experienced working at many different social care settings such as SEN Schools, Mainstream schools, After school clubs, Youth clubs and Care homes. Between both courses, I also worked as an SEN Teaching Assistant at a high school. Each of these work and education experiences helped me build an understanding of the skills needed to work well with children in various settings.

During my spare time, I am working on gaining a Level 4 qualification in BSL and I love having any chance to practice. I also enjoy baking, camping, and traveling. Being from North Wales, my first language is Welsh, I have just recently moved to Bristol in hopes of finding an exciting new life and career. I am lucky to have found this so soon at Five Education as a ‘Match maker’ (for job roles) and Asociate consultant for Bristol and the surrounding areas.

I am looking forward to making matches, helping candidates on their way to find the perfect role and schools to find their ideal staff. Please reach out if you have any questions.
