Job Description
Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Baby or Toddler RoomSouth Bristol
Full-time / Part-time considered
£12–£14 per hour (dependent on experience)
Start date: ASAP

The Role
We are currently seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will have the opportunity to work within either our baby room (0–2 years) or toddler room (2–3 years), depending on your experience and preference.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment at all times
Observe, assess, and track children’s progress
Contribute to planning engaging and age-appropriate activities
Requirements
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
