What is Babbasa?

Based in Bristol, Babbasa is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people (aged 16-25) from disadvantaged communities to pursue their professional goals.

Babbasa offers:

• Skills training programmes 
• Access to mentors (industry professionals) 
• Opportunities like work experience, employment, and enterprise resources 

They also provide bespoke packages for educational institutions, corporate organisations, and youth service providers, along with professional development programmes to help businesses foster more diverse and inclusive workforces. ?

For private and public sector organisations, Babbasa offers opportunities to:

• Volunteer on social action projects ✨
• Become mentors ?‍?
• Sponsor responsibly or collaborate as partners 
• Share expertise as advisors to their management team
