Mental Health Week Team Tips
This week has been Mental Health Week. To commemorate the occasion, our team have shared the top tips they use to maintain their mental health.
YUKI:
I like taking long hikes, cooking, walking my dog and listening to music/podcasts!
HELEN:
I love swimming, hikes, chats with my family and friends and going on spa days!
DANI:
I like hanging out with my friends, going on walks and napping.
MATTHEW:
I find deep breathing helps. I count to 100 breaths when I feel overwhelmed and anxious.
BETH:
I enjoy cooking, taking my dog for a walk and puzzles!
KARLA:
I love boxing, yoga and my ballet class.
